40TH ANNIVERSARY EVENT: Golden-cheeked Warbler Hike at Los Rincones

  • Los Rincones Preserve Kerrville, TX, 78028 United States (map)

TLC invites you to join us for a Golden-cheeked Warbler hike on our very own Los Rincones Preserve, a protected corner of Texas right on the edge of Kerrville. While Los Rincones is known for it’s Hill Country vistas and deeply cut ravines, the endangered Golden-cheeked Warbler simply knows it as home.

We will provide binoculars for the first 10 people who register for them.

Our hike will start early, so please take driving time into consideration. Our gate is located at 30°02'26.0"N 99°10'52.9"W where parking will occur along the road. From there, we’ll walk  along the ridges of Golden-cheeked Warbler habitat as we listen and look for these native Texan birds.

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your own water bottle. Unfortunately no dogs are allowed.
