Join TLC staff and community partners for a weekend of connection, conservation, and casting on the Brazos River!

This immersive campout is designed for outdoor enthusiasts, budding anglers, and conservation-minded individuals who want to deepen their relationship with local waterways through the art and ethics of fly fishing. A complete intro for those new to the sport, this event offers hands-on learning, camaraderie, and a renewed appreciation for the rivers that shape our landscapes and communities. Fishing equipment loaner kits available.

This inaugural event is being offered at a discounted price and participation is limited to 6 TLC members.

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to the event, tents/bedding, etc. Here is a suggested packing list. Restroom and shower facilities are available on the property.
